Travel Information
Valid Passport, entry visa, US customs form registering your weapon in
the US, SAP 520 supplied by outfitter for temporary import of firearm,
motivation letter, Invitation letter from outfitter etc. These travel documents
will be issued to you on confirmation of a booking.
Customs clearance will be at your port of entry to SA. You will be issued
with a temporary import/export permit for you firearm at this point. No
permit is required for a bow.
 
Terms of Business
·          a 50% Deposit on the total Daily Rates will confirm your booking
·          Balance of Daily Rates payable on arrival
·          Trophy Fees are applicable only on animals bagged or wounded
·          Trophy Fees payable at end of Safari
·          All payments in unstained Cash, Travellers Cheques or Visa/Master Card
·          Electronic transfers must be made 30 days before commencing of Safari
·          Personal Cheques will not be accepted unless prior arrangements
Hunting Equipment
• A medium caliber rifle (.270, 30-06, 300, 7mm etc) used with
premium grade bullets (Barnes x, A frame, Bear Claw etc) will be
sufficient and suitable for a plains game safari. 60 rounds of
ammunition will be sufficient.
• A camera and a good pair of binoculars are essential. You will
spend a good part of your hunting day glassing with binoculars.
Taking quality pictures of your trophy is also important.
• Wear camouflage or neutral colours (green, brown etc) while
hunting. Camo is essential for bow hunters.
